The 13th International AIDS Society Conference on HIV Science (IAS 2025) is taking place in Kigali, Rwanda, and virtually, from 13 to 17 July.
aidsmap is delighted to be continuing its conference news reporting under the stewardship of Terrence Higgins Trust, as well as its long-standing partnership with IAS as an official scientific media partner for the conference.
The IAS conference is the world’s most influential meeting on HIV research. IAS 2025 will feature research on:
- the real-world impact of the funding crisis in global health
- sustaining the HIV response in times of turmoil
- five-days-on, two-days-off HIV treatment dosing
- early data on a monthly PrEP pill
- artificial intelligence and other digital technologies
- injectable ART and PrEP in the global south.
The full IAS 2025 programme is available online, where you can find details of all the sessions, including plenary presentations, symposia, oral abstracts, pre-conferences, satellites and exhibitions.
aidsmap will be reporting on key research presented at IAS 2025, publishing news online and sending out three summary bulletins by email (in English only): two during the week of the conference and one the following week.
If you would like to receive these bulletins, and any future emails, from aidsmap, make sure you’ve signed up to aidsmap’s mailing list. This mailing list is held by Terrence Higgins Trust.
All of our IAS 2025 news stories and bulletins will be published on our conference webpage.
