HIV Weekly - June 13th 2006

A round-up of the latest HIV news, for people living with HIV in the UK and beyond.

GP Special

I’m away this week, so this edition of HIV Weekly is a little different and is entirely focused on some changes in the way medical care is provided to people with HIV in the UK.

Changes in the way NHS care if funded mean that many people with HIV are being encouraged to go to their GP for aspects of their medical care that are unrelated to HIV or HIV treatment.

This is intended to answer some of your questions about GPs.
