Teresa Castro

Teresa Castro is a Portuguese social worker, harm reduction advocate and person who uses drugs. Over ten years, she has worked in case management, project coordination and advocacy, both nationally and internationally, focusing on living experience and the social determinants of health. She's active in organisations such as Youth RISE, EATG, IDPC and C-EHRN, pushing for structural answers to inequality and the real participation of communities.
