The Bloomsbury Clinic Patients Network is holding a forum on ageing for people living with HIV on Thursday 28th January, 6-7.30pm.

What do we know about ageing with HIV?

Many people living with HIV in the UK are over 50. As we age, we may be more likely to develop other health conditions, and we may need to start using non-HIV services. Do you have questions or concerns about growing older with HIV?

Dr Ian Williams will present the latest medical evidence on HIV and ageing.

Zoë Smith and Roger Pebody, from NAM, will present their recent work on HIV & ageing. They are interested in your questions and feedback, to help us produce information resources that meet your needs.

Take part

This Bloomsbury Clinic Patients Network forum is open to anyone living with HIV in London. The forum will take place on Thursday 28th January, 6-7.30pm, in the Duncan Catterall Seminar Room at Mortimer Market Centre, Capper Street, WC1E 6JB.

Please book a place by calling the Bloomsbury Clinic patient representatives on 020 3317 5177.

Community Consensus Statement on Access to HIV Treatment and its Use for Prevention

Together, we can make it happen

We can end HIV soon if people have equal access to HIV drugs as treatment and as PrEP, and have free choice over whether to take them.

Launched today, the Community Consensus Statement is a basic set of principles aimed at making sure that happens.

The Community Consensus Statement is a joint initiative of AVAC, EATG, MSMGF, GNP+, HIV i-Base, the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, ITPC and NAM/aidsmap
