Living Well is open anyone living in the following boroughs; Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham,Westminster, Camden, Islington, Brent, Ealing and Hounslow. Living Well provides a range of services including: self-management peer support programme, counselling, 1:1 life coaching, group motivational coaching, txtM8, HIV counselling, complementary therapies and skill building. The aim of the organisation is to enable people to become better managers of their conditions and lives, to have a clearer picture of what they want and to have the tools and resources to achieve it. Living Well also provides STI/HIV prevention, contraception education, and self-esteem enhancing services for young people in London.
