Piss (watersports or golden showers)
Some people are turned on by breaking old taboos and pissing in their clothes, or in or on someone else's clothes or skin.
There is no risk at all in urinating on healthy, unbroken skin.
Some extra cautious advisers think there may be a very small theoretical risk of transmission of HIV through piss in the mouth or eyes. But the virus has only ever been found in urine in minute quantities. Since urine is a sterile fluid it is unlikely that HIV transmission could occur.
However, there is a risk of transmitting other infections such as CMV or salmonella through piss in the mouth or eyes and this could be a particularly serious consideration for anyone who has or might have HIV infection, or is immuno–compromised in other ways (including pregnancy). Despite this concern, most people have already been exposed to the most serious virus (CMV), and many of the proscriptions of this behaviour are likely to be concerns about breaking taboos.
