Atazanavir (Reyataz) is only licensed for use in adults.

A phase I / II study of atazanavir in children is underway in the United States. The study, called PACTG 1020A, aims to establish an effective and safe dosage of atazanavir in children. To date, the study has demonstrated that atazanavir clearance depends on the child’s age and is faster in children than in adults. It has also found that atazanavir does not cause significant changes in blood fat levels in children, as in adults[1][2].
