Symptoms
Aspergillosis can cause lung problems in people with HIV, and can sometimes also affect other parts of the body including the sinuses, liver, heart, brain, spleen, kidneys, pancreas and skin. Its symptoms can include cough, chest pain, difficulty breathing, fever and night sweats.
