The ILO Code of Practice on HIV/AIDS and the world of work is a blueprint for workplace action. It provides practical guidance for governments, employers and workers covering the key areas of prevention, behaviour change, non-discrimination and care.
The Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS (GBC). The GBC promotes the international business response to HIV/AIDS. Its membership includes many UK headquartered companies that have developed global policies on HIV/AIDS. Its website gives direct access to GBC materials on workplace and community responses to the epidemic and provides details of other resources and organisations that would help a multinational company determine their approach to HIV/AIDS, especially in countries of high prevalence.
