Gift Aid

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of giving to charity. It allows NAM to claim almost a third more on top of your donation if you are a UK taxpayer, at no extra cost to you. For every pound you give, we will receive an extra 28 pence from HM Revenue & Customs.

How to Gift Aid your donation

To enable NAM to claim back Gift Aid on your donation all you have to do is make a simple Gift Aid Declaration. You do this by simply ticking the Gift Aid box when you donate. Or for offline donations, you can download, print and return this form to us.

By agreeing to Gift Aid your donation, you are agreeing to the Gift Aid Declaration (see below).

Gift Aid Declaration

I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer and I would like NAM Publications to treat all donations I have made in the 6 years prior to this year and all donations I make in the future as Gift Aid donations until I notify you otherwise. I understand that I must pay an amount in Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that NAM will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year (currently 25p for every £1 donated).
