It is important to NAM to make sure that we talk to people who have never heard of us, as well as those that know us. We want to hear from the people who don’t use our resources just as much as the people who do – and this is actually quite difficult! Lots of organisations, HIV clinics and GUM clinics, have helped put us in touch with people who have good and bad things to say about our resources – this means we can improve the bits that don’t work and keep the bits that do:
