Procarbazine

Procarbazine is an approved oral anti-cancer drug used primarily as part of the MOPP regimen in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease. It inhibits DNA, RNA and protein synthesis. Side-effects can include bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting. It is taken in the form of capsules.

Procarbazine is manufactured by Cambridge Laboratories under the tradename Natulan.
