PRO-MACE / MOPP

PRO-MACE / MOPP is a chemotherapy regimen consisting of courses of prednisolone, methotrexate (Maxtrex; with folinic acid rescue), doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide (Endoxana), etoposide (Etopophos / Vepesid), mustine, vincristine (Oncovin) and procarbazine. It is frequently used for the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
