Mitozantrone (Novantrone / Onkotrone)

Mitozantrone is an intravenous anti-cancer drug approved for the treatment of leukaemia. It is being studied as a treatment for Kaposi's sarcoma and lymphoma.

Side-effects can include granulocytopenia, nausea and vomiting and hair loss.

It is manufactured by Lederle under the tradename Novantrone.
