Lomustine

Lomustine is an approved anti-cancer drug used in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease and other lymphomas. It comes in capsule form. Its main side-effect is bone marrow suppression that takes some weeks to develop and may result in thrombocytopenia. Nausea and vomiting are frequently seen.

Lomustine is manufactured by Lundbeck under the brandname CCNU.
