I was diagnosed in 1989

I was diagnosed HIV-positive in 1989 when I was 16 years old. Now I’m living with the virus for 21 years. I have a 15-month-old cute baby girl who is negative. Even my partner is negative. It’s happily ever after, but it took some time to disclose to my family and friends. A few times I fell sick [but] my CD4 is high and my viral load undetectable. Life is moving forward but I feel lonely sometimes.
